My lights to be fixed, fluorescents/normal & fan light

My lighting is currently going through at least one globe per room per two weeks. also my fluorescent lights do nothing but flicker despite changing the starters etc. i also have one light which has come away from the fan it should be attached to (light/fan combo) and is only hanging by the wire which powers it. this is working however cuts in and out when it feels like it.
