I have listed my job on 25th of April and even though it has been the long Easter break I have already heard from two service providers. This is an absolute miracle in comparison to the previous times when I have had to wait for days for services and even pay for call out charges before the work was even undertaken. I've also got one provider come and have a look at the job required to be done and I am very happy with the manner of response, their professionalism, their courteousness and most of all their frank opinion and advice. He was very professional and we were thrilled with the job he did. As we had flood damage we needed someone urgently to remove carpet and clean up. Just wanted to provide some positive feedback on Service Central. We have used service central in the past for a few odd jobs around the house and the tradies have been great. We are now in a new house which requires a lot of TLC and arranged several quotes through your service for a variety of jobs including building, electrical, floor and roofing. We were able to get tradies on the day we required for quotes ( as we took the day off work). Every single tradesperson turned up on time, and the one that was late called me to let me know.
