Just wanted to provide some positive feedback on Service Central. We have used service central in the past for a few odd jobs around the house and the tradies have been great. We are now in a new house which requires a lot of TLC and arranged several quotes through your service for a variety of jobs including building, electrical, floor and roofing. We were able to get tradies on the day we required for quotes ( as we took the day off work). Every single tradesperson turned up on time, and the one that was late called me to let me know. This is a fantastic service and saves the pain of having to call around and not know who will show up or the quality of their work

My job was closed some time ago now. I only had one response, however the response of David who I spoke with was fantastic. He was able to arrange for his colleague to attend almost immediately to provide a quote and was ever pleasant and efficient in liaising with me to work out logistics.
Unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the work, however I was thrilled with the great customer service ethic I experienced.

I will use the service again as the washing machine repairman, John who responded to my call was excellent. He was able to give me his opinion over the phone and found out that I did need a new machine. So all was really good. He seems a very honest chap as he could have come out and charged me, just to tell me I needed a new machine! But he didn't. I will use him again and tell my friends about Service Central.
