Lay yellowtongue flooring in newly restumped home

My single fronted Edwardian home has just been restumped, removing the old floorboards, and I need a subfloor laid. The floating floor is booked to be installed on May 12 but I may have to put it off if I can't get this done. I was told it is a DIY job, but there's no way I have the expertise to do this! It's a hallway, 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and laundry (approx 40 square metres). Will provide Muffins!
