Written quotation required to replace timber weatherboards with James Hardie Scyon Linea board incl. painting to match existing white colour.
Overall area measures approx. 3000mm x 5000mm. NOTE: sliding door and x2 windows are within this overall area so timber to be replaced is less than area quoted. Pls make contact to arrange a suitable time to inspect.
NOTE: 2-3 other units (of 7) at 39 Mt. Pleasant Rd are also very interested in having their weatherboards replaced so works are of a medium size.

Very professional. Timely attendance to quote and receipt of quotation. Listened to concerns and provided good suggestions for proposed works. More expensive than others however. Still in process of evaluating tenders but have no doubt the finished job would be of a very high standard based on discussions had with proprietor of All Wood.

Master touch and decor
Prompt arrival onsite to inspect job. Courteous and helpful. Explained that the job would require a builder for the replacement of weatherboard cladding and that Master Touch would paint to finish. My understanding was that Master Touch would arrange for a builder to inspect job and provide price. Still waiting for builder to make contact and have not heard from Master Touch for 3 weeks. Ultimately disappointed with communication since Master Touch did reply to job and made a good initial effort.
