1 Feb: In Reservoir, VICI need the top of our chimney filled in so it's completely rain proof. I intend to put electronics in the fireplace, and need to be sure the chimney is sealed up.
Replace bathroom skylight cover
31 Jan: In Bayswater North, VICMy existing bathroom skylight has an old external skylight cover with flyscreen vents on the sides. When it rains, we get water dripping into the bathroom through the skylight vents. I would like a new skylight cover fitted, one with no vents. The internal dimensions of the skylight cavity are 800 x 820mm. My unit has a flat roof. Quote to include the cost & supply of a suitable skylight cover & associated fixings, etc please.

Partial metal spouting/ gutter replacement
30 Jan: In Blackburn, VICCut out section of metal spouting/ gutter, join in new portion and instal a new downpipe. Approx 2 metres to cut out as original downpipe location and hole has moved with house renovation and replace or if easier remove entire length of galvanised spouting (approx 8 metres) and replace and install new downpipe to existing drain. Easy flat access, one storey, back wall.
