Garage to be on slab (existing house stumped 400mm). Garage to be gabled roof, straight wall 3600mm high, garage ceiling 2500mm, master bedroom to include plumbing for ensuite (ensuite to be installed seperately), bedroom to have stairs leading up to it from house. Plumbling in slab to install laundry on ground floor.
