we have a bosch front loader washing machine (maxx classic) that is showing error code e 3. the door seems to not be shutting properly and makes a rattling sound when the dryer is on. the dryer sits on top of the washing machine. i have undone the plug and drained excess water (the bottom right hand side) and tried starting again and the same error code occurs. the machine is relatively new. we would like to organise repair of this unit at the earliest possible time. please specify call out fee in the quote.
