Installation of 7kw Mitsubishi air conditioner and bathroom heater lamp

  I have 42 square metres of kitchen/lounge to heat/cool (with 2.5 metre ceiling) and after research online and talking to a few people I believe 7kw Mitsubishi reverse cycle is the way to go. I can source one online for $1586. I believe sourcing it myself and having you install it would be cheapest but you can also quote the price of doing the full thing yourself so I can compare (Please confirm that you are willing to install a unit I bought myself).

I will also buy a Heater Bathroom 3 In 1 Ixl Tastic 4x375w Silhouette 12301 I want it installed so I can turn on 2 heater lamps or 4 heater lamps or just the light only (the exhaust fan can automatically come on whenever the heater lamps or light are turned on). Of course it would be installed the same day to save money.

So please quote me the cost of doing both these jobs with:
Me supplying the air conditioner (and heater lamp)
and:
YOU supplying the air conditioner (I still supply the heater lamp)

Even if you don't deal with installing heater lamps you can still organise with the electrician to do this while he is there (and check the cost. I was quoted $180 by one electrician over the phone, and that was taking into account that there would be no call out fee because he is already there)

Please tell me how many years warranty you provide on your work.

But before buying the air con I want you to look at my place to be absolutely sure I am doing the right thing and explain to me where you would mount it and why. Because the air conditioner takes 2-5 days to post it would be good if I could organise you coming to look at my place before I have my week off work starting 29th April so I can order it in time for the work to be done while I'm home.

So please tell me what days/times are available so I can organise to leave work early or take a day off before my annual leave.

Also I have been told there can be problems with getting the air conditioner sourced somewhere else. If there is a problem with the air conditioner Mitsubishi may say "the problem is with the installation" and the installer may say "No. The problem is with the air conditioner". Please tell me what you think about this risk. Based on quotes over the phone it seems to be $600 dearer to get air conditioner and installation all done by the same company.
