We have water leaking into our kitchen ceiling and the insurance assessor thinks it's due to our air conditioner, which is directly above the kitchen. before our insurance with authorize the extensive kitchen repairs, we need to determine and/or fix the source of the leak. also would like regular servicing/closing up for winter/new pads
